a friend of my oh just got a puppy, apparently its a tibetan breed but OH can't remember what but apparently its not a tib mastiff (definately as its wee lol), terrier or spaniel. nor is it a Lhasa Apso. am i missing one?

That's what came to my mind but I couldn't spell it :-)

i asked about them to as i wasn't sure if they were tibetan or chinese. hmmm, mystery.

There are 5 Tibetan breeds, Do Khyi(or Tibetan Mastiff), Tibetan Terrier, Lhasa Apso,  Tibetan Kyi Apso and Tibetan Spaniel.

Shih Tzus are Chinese developed from the Lhasa Apso & Pekingese 1,00s of years ago
