Oops was trying to be helpful in response to the OP. Bearing in mind he lists his numbers on the internet himself, I didn't think he would mind. But if Admin could please remove the numbers asap as I can no longer edit my post.

Yes he can be quite hard to get hold of, we use Keith all the time, very nice man, no i dont think he would mind his contact numbers being posted, as has been said they are on his website anyway,

Not sure it's necessary in this case - as you say, the numbers are already publicly available on Mr Shea's website : http://www.fitandfertile.com/

He has the 01772 number listed on his website.
