Last year we became aware of a litter of our breed, the pups hadnt been socialised and the person who saw them was horrified. We visited and sure enough it was worse than we thought. We bought the 4 pups and it took us 5 months to socialise and re home them. The person said it had been a mistake and we took him at his word, hey presto another mistake has happened...It doesnt bare thinking about...In essence it makes you feel you have assisted this person to breed again as perhaps if he had kept the pups for 5 months he would not have let another ACCIDENT happen.
I suppose the only thing that can be done in a future such case is only 'take the problem' off the breeders hands if the mother is spayed at the same time. If he wants the help you want to see proof of the Dams neutering.
