Oh well, must tell you something :-)

well ihave now fenced off, id didnt work, although it is better, so i have been letting them out 2 by 2, its so much better, im not going to be cordening off a quarter of the yard next to the fence to make a little garden so then the dogs cant go next to the fence, its a nice exuse to have some plants in there rather than the dogs eating them, lol
