I was out on the front washing the cars when a black car with a 4 sided camera on top went past . It had a 'Google' sticker on the car door so i struck a pose as it went past !!!
Luckily hubby has mowed the lawns so we should be looking good!

HaHa I saw lots of pics in paper today. Least your car was clean! :)

My claim to fame is we google 'earthed' our house ages ago and you can just see me sunbathing in the back garden...black shorts, blue top, green sun lounger.  Unmissable combination.  Tried the 'street' one today, and they've only got one house one there of our entire street.

I've not seen anyone doing this yet but it's been discussed on a photography website.  I think it's a great idea and don't know why people get upset.  Our history is shown in pictures of people doing their every day life aspects and don't see why the PC get so uptight about it.

I never mind to be honest, and I do love looking at old pictures, so had the people in the old pictures protested then we would have nothing to look back on. I often think I would have liked to have had a chance to take some pictures of things I saw and did when younger to illustrate different things to my grand-children

Go to Google, then click on the blue link top left that says 'Maps' then, again on the left, you will see in red 'New' street maps <- click that link :)

That gets you to the new street map.... put in your add or postcode and hey presto!

ah i tried that, guess they havent done up here yet as I tried a few of my old postcodes and they aint any pics :-( I will just have to make sure i keep smiling and have my hair done incase I get spotted in the street lol
