ok im writing this and it almost the 13th again ...how do you deal with it :) for me its just another day :) do any of you act stange or refuse to go out or worry about this day????
just wonderd :) ....the only hang up i have is magpies !!! i hate seeing 1 i have to say hello and wave and ask if there family are well ~~~ :) but thats nothing to do with the 13th is it :) thats my only strange thing i do ....(i think ..rofl)

LOl didn't even realize that was tomorrow- no biggy to me- I like to think its a good day which it will be- prob another borring day at work since there is not much to do...

I'm not superstitious at all - my philosohy is we die if we worry, we die if we don't :)  (we just die quicker if we worry ;) )

Given the choice of doing something very important on Fri 13th that could be brought forward or put back I would take the swap but more down to the superstitions of others perhaps jinxing the outcome of my plans than my own fears LOL.  It's just another day and, importantly, the start of a weekend - so can't be bad!

I can barely remember what day of the week it is, let alone the actual date.  However my two children are very excited about today, something to do with the fact that they're wearing pyjamas & their hair is sticking up on end & I'm actually allowing them to go to school like this - nothing like Red Nose Day to take your mind of Friday 13th ;-)

I got married on Friday the 13th :-)

I'll be buying my lottery ticket today, instead of tomorrow ;-)

Friday the 13th has always been a lucky day for my family so we enjoy the day to the full :-D

I had my Friday the 13th yesterday (Well I hope it wasn't the start!) as I was driving at 70mph and one of my tyres shredded!

Daughter left for work just before 8-00am, 20 minutes later panic call she was near fainting and had to get off bus so jumped out of bed, still in PJs, added slippers, dressing gown (kinda cold up here of a morning LOL) and picked her up.  She's now snuggled up in bed hopefully on the route to recovery.

My plans of a long lie and leisurely trip to our holiday home for the weekend may have gone a tad skew wiff .... tis the fault of the superstitious, I wasn't in the least date concious :-D

Friday the 13th doesn't normally bother me but it is today as hubby is on his way to Afghan today :(

MADDOG :) my kids have gone to school dressed up too :)....gone as vets lol lol as its science week at there school :)

well ive seen 1 magpie today :( ...im still in my pjs and im staying in them :):) but i do hope you all have great days :) !!!!

Positive thoughts and prayers for your OH and you during his time away.  It wouldn't matter what date he had to go, it's going to be upsetting and stressful :(

Here, all the bikers go to Port Dover.  See lots of motorcycles cruising the streets.  I always wanted to go to Port Dover on Friday the 13th, but not this time I am afraid.  I wanted a Dover Dog!!!!!  (a hot dog, that apparently is the best thing in the world!)
