How old are the bitches and what breed?  Are either or both of them spayed?

Are they litter siblings?  Also, any particular reason why the one is spayed?  (Just trying to get a full picture here.)  However, gut feel and all that...methinks you may have problems ahead with that breed and them both being the same age.  :-(

I think we probably need a bit more info Lemai (as above)
Because as you know, as you'r a breeder and exhibitor of your breed the old adage 'Dogs fight for breeding right,Bitches fight for breathing rights' and bitches close in age may very well never be 'brought together' all the time.
So yep.. more typing to be done Im afraid sweets, bit more info needed..... :)

Oh dear!

Usually with bitches once blood is drawn there is often no turning back.

Can I ask for the ages of your two bitches, it will make a difference to replies, if the bitches are of similar age then this is a fight for heirarchy which has not been previously settled through play and verbal/body language, if it is not settled throughout them growing up it means that both feel entitled to the top spot, meaning that now if neither give way they will continue to fight at every given opportunity until serious injury and in some terrible cases to the death, bitches show no mercy towards one another, best friends can easily kill and maim each other once they get to this stage.

If you have a younger bitch coming into adolescence with the other already an adult, the younger may well be just pushing her luck for the top spot and the elder defending, often a fight can occur but if the older bitch can hold her own or even conceed in some cases, (especially if a stronger breed) the two bitches can continue to live together once they have had their spat, but this is only if one becomes submissive to the other.

Have you noticed any body language from either after the fight to show submissiveness, any mouth licking, rolling on the back, cowering down, moving away?

If there is a clear Alpha then you can also raise this role by feeding, grooming, putting the lead on this bitch first. But, make sure that you are seen by both dogs as the authority figure here.

If the ages are too close together or even the same, often all you can do is seperate the two unless being fully supervised as they should never be trusted not to kick off again.

There is that old saying that has been repeated many times on the forum. Dogs fight for breeding rights, Bitches fight for breathing rights, it is a very true saying, bitches show no mercy towards each other, it's sad once this happens, but often nothing can fix it.

Be vigilant, make sure you are in command at all times, and don't be fooled, they may very well sit together beautifully looking as though butter wouldn't melt, but within a second they can be at each others throats, if they both feel equal you have big problems, watch the body language and let us know what is happening.

Oh Gosh, I took so long to type, there are loads of replies. :-D
