I've just gone to the washing machine to put in the second load of washing today , opened the draw to put the powder in and found a partly dissolved dishwasher tablet in there !!!
Last week i left my bank card in the Switch machine at the supermarket and only realised 2 days later , luckily they had kept it for me .
It must be something to do with heading too quickly towards 40 ,either that or i need to go somewhere with padded walls and floor ! 

:-D Oh, gosh I started long before reaching 40, don't worry, our minds are generally planning the whole week whilst doing the most simple things so we can be forgiven for doing the most silly and forgetful things, I've often opened the fridge and found the most odd things in there, (it's obviously those mischievious faires) I've tried to put the milk in the oven and the tea in the fridge, the list goes on.

Try to have a nice relaxing bath and get a good nights sleep, it generally does the trick, for a while at least. :-)

Blame some one else...I DO.. well why would I put my tights in the freezer ?????

I put my glasses in the bin one time, had to go and fish them out as I couldn't remember what I did with them and had been clearing up at the time I last had them. DOH!

Daughter has a load of T shirts with slogans... 2 of them read........

Of all the things I've lost.......I miss my mind the most.

I am glad I'm not the only one LOL, I went into the newsagents the other day to put credit on my phone and picked up a paper while i was there, and put it under my arm, oblivious, walked out without paying for the paper i was so embarrassed :( .
Had to to write left and right on my hands before going to ring craft the other night :P, poor Archie (pup) doesn't stand a chance with me!! :)  i am so scatty!!

:) i will be 40 next year but ive lost it along time ago ....i put milk in the cuppard washing liquid in the fridge ...and i allways forget where ive put my keys :) but its not me ;) we have a ghost that moves my stuff around im sure lol

Do any of you walk into say something to someone, stand there and wait for the right words to come out of your mouth looking a right charlie? Ive also come out with absolute drivel which was not what I wanted to say at all!
Plus the usual go to the bedroom for something, walk out again when I forgot what I went in for!

If you've 'lost it' at least that means you had it .. Im begining to wonder if I ever had 'it' in the first place!!

I was very miffed today that the building I work in (has swipe access everywhere..can't go anywhere without swiping) once again wouldn't register my Card and wouldnt let me through security barriers.. I vented for a good 5 minutes on the gate that I was sick of constantly having to renew my card (we've just had new systems and cards installed and they have had glitches for weeks)
    Oooh I was off on one..rant moan moan whinge..... and when I finally paused to draw breath one of the guards (bless him) with a perfect poker face informed me It might be due to the fact I was using my tesco club card rather than my police ID.....

I put something away in a safe place recently, but I can't remember what it was, or where the safe place is ;-)

Husky Gal.....I did it with my Lloyds debit card... was very late ,again, trying to sneak in with out drawing attention to the fact ... stupid machine started making all sorts of beeps and pings!!!

That safe place... I wanted to post a picture of a dog & cat I used to have on another forum ... I have just spent about three hours going through albums to find it.. then remembered it is in a frame in DD's room!!!

Doesn't putting tights in the freezer stop them from laddering so easily when you wear them ? :D At least its a reason - I forget stuff all the time - including what I'm about to say....
