Hi puppes are two days old.Mum is cleaning them but i do find them a little crusty under the tail so i cleaned them with warm water and cotton pad.One pups bottom had a little bit of blood there is there anything i can do

One of my puppies had a little bit of blood on her bottom when she was a few days old, the vet gave us some antibiotics for the litter as she said it was a tummy upset causing it.  I was quite suspicious it was because she had given my bitch anti inflammatories but the antibiotics seemed to clear it up in no time.
