The vet has given me Surolan for ear treatment in my cavalier. Does anyone use this or has anyone anything else that they use and proves to be effective ??

> Surolan

Yes, we used it on our old boy last autumn. He came to us five years ago as a rescue with recurring ear problems. Previously he's been treated with Canaural. This seems much better, cleared up nicely and looked nice and clean afterwards. No further problems, though we do clean his ears weekly with Cleanaural drops (formerly Leo cleaner). And there's always the old favourite Thornit, but I don't think that works for an acute ear infection. We were pleased with the Surolan.

thanks for that. nice to hear of someone who has used the Surolan and it seems good. Might try the weekly clean then with the Cleanaural drops. Do i have to get them from the vet or from a super strore pet shop ? thanks

loucon you can get cleanaural online and it will be cheaper than buying from your vet.
