Hi Pam no I won't be going, hows the parking, do they make arrangements for you and if so how good are they. :)
- By charm [gb] Date 13.11.02 18:15 UTC
Parking charges are £15 pre paid or £2.50 per hour on the day. I will be there on Sunday, as my grandson is doing a display of his handling skills, he is only 9 and handles a german shepherd, so if any of you are going, please come and introduce yourselves to us.

Do the KC give people manning the dog stalls or giving displays, free parking? :)
- By Briarlow [gb] Date 13.11.02 18:35 UTC
Yes it is free to park thank God, can't believe that it's £15 for the day!!

I'll be there with Dilita my SWD. If you see 4 mad women on Friday and Saturday evening walking around Earl's Court with 4 wooly animals you know that one of them is me!!

We stay at a hotel that is brilliant with our dogs, they are allowed in the bar etc. and we have a great time.

By the way Terri I will miss you, can't wait until LKA. I'm not showing there though, bit down at the moment and sent my entries late, woops. Still going though as you'll be there and a number of other people. The import breeds are having a bit of a get together so e-mail me for further details.

It's at Earls Court, London on Sat & Sun 16th & 17th
You can't take pets in. All breeds of dog (other than some very rare)
will be on display. Also Agility, Obedience & working dog displays.
Plenty of 'doggie' trade stands.

Yes they do, and Julie has had a very poor response from our breed Jackie, I think the Kennel Cogh has made things even worse!

Glad to hear that they do, we all love our dogs and want the public to meet well behaved dogs but most of us can't afford to fork out too much, what with petrol costs, and I would not mind betting the KC make a fair bit out of it, does it go toward their animal health project. Ja:)kie
