On the 12 feb i noticed a browny reddish colour discharge coming from my bitch. i thought it was the first day of her season as her litter sister had com in season in mid january. The following day it looked a bit redder in colour so assumed that she was definatly in season. but yesterday and today i have seen no blood only a yellow/greeny colour dicharge coming from her is this normal?

I would be off to a vet pretty quick if she was mine, I would have been outside waiting for vet to open this morning. Better safe than too late.

Sounds like metritis. Vet job asap.

I agree with the others. She needs to see a vet a.s.a.p.

Let us know how your bitch got on at the Vets...

yeah i would get her to the vets one of my friends girls had greeny yellow thick discharge after she had a litter luckily she was scanned and everything was ok but they did think it was piometer which can occur when a bitch has a season as the womb is more pen to infection when it swells hpoe every thing is ok its always better to be safe than sorry good luck
