Maybe he's a greedy one/potential big boy and the milk doesn't come fast enough for him?

Does he seem to want everyone's milk at the bar?

I had a similar thing with a Burmese kitten ;)  He was a real 'bully', cried and fussed when feeding, always pushing the others off and taking all the food and crying all the time he did it.  First to wake to feed and last to finish.  The others then started crying because they weren't getting enough and he was gaining far more weight than them :rolley eyes:

I spoke to my breeding mentor and she advised letting him feed until he started pushing the others off each meal and then topping him up with a bottle so the others could get all their feeds from mum.  Kept him happy and his brothers and sisters thrived.  He did grow faster than the others because of the topping up, but he would have anyway and at least it wasn't at the other's expense ;) When full grown he was like his granddad - very BIG for a Burmese Cat

Or maybe it's just a man-thing?

Hi Linda If your little pup is crying all the time and your others aren't, then personally (i hate to mention this) i would think that maybe he does have something medically wrong with him.  If this is still happening all of the time and not just when he is feeding then i would get another vet to check him.

Is Mum cleaning his tum so he does a toilet?  If not he could also have tummy pains?? Watch him carefully and check that mum is doing this.

I hope he is alright and i am totally wrong.

Will be thinking about you.  I know it is such a worry. x

I had a crying pup in one of my litters turned out he had tummy ache so I gave him gripe water after food and rubbed his belly then held him on my shoulder and tapped his back as you would a baby ...this worked he grew out of it once he was weaned.

Assuming your vet thinks there's nothing wrong, he could just have a bit of colic. We have found a bit of gentle massage to be helpful with a whingy pup. I'm posting you the link to Sarah Fisher's site who practises Tellington Touch. And you can google to find other people who practise this method. Some of the moves like the Python and Clouded Leopard seem to work well. When you've finished massaging him, place him gently on his side which keeps the weight off his stomach. They seem to grow out of it within a couple of weeks.
Good luck.
