My cavalier will be going to have an MRI scan soon for  Syringomyelia the signs are that the test will be positive.  I am in touch with a lady in America whose dog suffers with this but I was wondering what type of treatment will be offered once we have confirmation.  I realise there is no cure but I want her happy and comfortable.  Anyone got a dog with this condition?
