I must say a really big THANK YOU to Claire and to all who have been to the WAG web site and signed our online petition :).
At this stage in our campaign, strength of public feeling is very important. The Council is under a great deal of pressure and hopefully will at last be taking notice. There is a licensing review meeting of the Council on the 10th. December, at which we will be presenting them with some of the masses of evidence that we have gathered to support our case against the breeding and rearing licence being issued.
We are very heartened by the good wishes and support we have received by good people such as yourselves, without which our campaign would not have been so effective. Puppy farming in the UK MUST be stopped, and with your help it will be.

I've signed it. Whilst searching local Labrador breeders to find a pup, I cancelled an appointment with someone I belived to be puppy farming-she called yellows 'golden' and told me we could have one once they were 6 weeks old! She had several litters due in December 'of all three colours' and when I called a few days later to cancel, she could'nt remember even making the appointment with me. It sickens me that this goes on-Good luck with the petition.
