Topic Dog Boards / Breeding / Kit Advice Please

I am looking at getting a whelping kit. Is getting the one in the link  advisable or will I not need most of the items listed?  I have spoken to a couple of friends who breed and they tell me I will not need half of the things listed!  But I do want to be safe than sorry.  So any advice would be HUGELY appreciated please.  Also if the majority think I should get the one linked to I will need to do it ASAP.  Thanks :)

Always go for the better safe than sorry approach. Im sure that some will advise you of some extras that will also come in handy!! Scales being one of them. I got a great set off ebay, postal scales that weigh anything from feather light to parcels so great for puppy weights

Thanks - do you have similar things to those listed in your kit at all?

Well, kits usually come supplied with whelping pads, however in my opinion never enough so a good supply of these is essential imo. Other than that I dont see the need for anything else, from what I can remember!! However, im sure that you will get lots of advice of our helpful champdogs friends! :)
