not sure where to post this, but thought i would let you all know i bought an AMAZING product today. its a pet hair magnet, from PAH, claims to remove pet hair from carpets, couches, cars etc. looks like a window squeege. paid £6 for it, thought i would give it a go and if doesnt work can always get money back. however its great! tried it on couch (which i hoover once or twice a week) and the amount of hair it brought up was scary. also done living room carpet, took me over an hour, and im horrified at the amount of hair that was on it. my boy has very short almost spiky hair that sticks everywhere, and hoover doesnt get most of it it seems. so anyone with short coated breeds with spiky hair, i thorougly recommend it.
now all i need to do is car...

I bought one from PAH the other week for doing the car and it was amazing.  I never thought to do the stairs - doh!  The stairs will be my next target.

My mother-in-law uses rubber gloves with the same effect.  After 5 minutes of glove scrubbing she manages to make it look like I've never vacuumed this house in my life ! :)

this was what i done in the past, but takes quite a while and hurts my fingers, this was not a lot of effort, and very quick. plan on doing the car during the week  that'll be fun!

kenya - im working on sat :( but OH is taking him, and may even give it a go in the ring! otherwise his breeder is going to show him for me, will be the first time someone else has taken him so i hope he behaves!

I find with my lots hair that using a slicker brush on mats and rugs and the few carpeted areas works brilliantly, even though the dyson gets it up easily enough.

SOS from the sea of dog hair.............

Never heard of them.... where do you get them and do they also work on clothes??????

I feel like I am drowning in Africanis hair. The flatcoats are much better, not so much loose hair.

How one dog can drop so much coat and still be covered in hair is beyond my comprehension!!!

Please tell me where I can get one of these wonderful tools?

i got mine from pets at home, still raving about it! plan on doing my car this weekend. have done my living room and couch so far and the difference is amazing. my carpet looks much cleaner (it didnt look dirty before, just a bit faded) and brighter. i hoover frequently, but my boys hair is short and spiky and doesnt get picked up easily.
