Does anybody know of any hydrotherapy centres near Thessaloniki in Greece!

I have a border collie with both hips displaced. He was going swimming once a week in England at our local hydrotherapy centre but we recently moved to Greece. He is already showing signs of deterioration and is not as mobile as he was.

He is 2 years old.
