That when you do tear aparts of your house, no matter how much rubish you get rid of, when you are doing them, your house always seems to look like a bomb hit it???

Right now, Impish and I are tearing apart the laundry room, rec room, and craft room to re-arrange it, and we have been at it for almost 3 days straight.  (yes a lot of work to be done).  But it still looks horrible!!!! 

Will it ever be finished??????

that is so true -and you always seem to have unexpected guests turn up when everything is looking a mess!!
Just got to try to finish the bedrooms & upstairs office ,bags of paper & boxes of stuff everywhere.

my flat is a skanky studenty place and i'm sick of its apparent inability to be clean for more than an hour (even then id doesn't look it!)

so we are looking for a house (yipee!!!!) to rent instead, complete without massive stairs that har doing bad things to tios elbow.

and oh please please please a lovely new kitchen to use my new cooking tools in.

then you can all come for champdogs pasta and stews :) (and some haggis for Crespin- tis Burns Night on sunday after all!)

Why is it you fill the dustbin up and you still havent made any room!!

Why is it you move from a 2 bed flat to a 3 bed house, throw out all of your belongings (apart from clothes) and STILL the place looks a mess?

Or you move from a 4 bed to a 3 bed, chuck out the kids and still have a mess.

Well it is looking better now, its just trying to get things done in a certain order.  Like, to get the tools away, we had to make a shelf to put them on.  Fine and dandy.  Then its shampooing the carpet (when the shampoo machine doesnt reach the whole room, so a lot of the room was done by hand!!!!) 

We moved from a 3 bedroom house to a two bedroom, and downsized a lot before we came (or so we thought). 

I wish I could twiddle my nose like bewitched and get it all done in a flash!!!  

The basement/rec room/laundry/craft room is always the hardest to do, as it can get so overwhelming so quick.  Plus, I have been procrastinating for a year almost to get it done.  (shameful head bow)
