Its now 3.50pm still no news, I know she has had to have an epidural and her waters broke just before they gave her it, seems the babys head is stuck the same as her previous baby, dont know yet if they are going to try forceps or give her a ceaser, I'm getting a bit worried which is natural shes my oldest granddaughter and she used to show my dogs for me.

Waiting for her mum to phone and update me, doctor was supposed to see her again at 3pm, but no news yet.

oh, glad everything is fine now. does she have a name?
- By marguerite [gb] Date 19.01.09 22:38 UTC
Hi All

The baby is being called Indieya (pronounced India) Yvonne Curdie. this name is better than the other she had chosen she wanted to call her Tiger-Lilly !!!! everyone said no way. I told her I would call her Lilly, imagine shouting on a beach for Tiger Lily grrr.  She is gorgeous she even has her mums dimple when she smiles and is like her big sister Summer-Ollivia.   Tracy has not been too well today her pulse is racing and is very pale looking and she is very sore, I said take each day as it comes, and she will feel better every day, she is worrying how she is going to manage when she gets home as she lives in a top floor maisonette and there is no way she will be able to bump a pram upstairs along with a toddler, we have  said to her we will all help either going shopping for her or, taking either of the children so she can get some rest. just until she feels fit enough to venture out herself.
