We have a young GWP who was imported from Holland.  Her microchip has moved to the top of her shoulder, you can feel it, sometimes she screams when jumping off her bed and I think the chip is causing this.  Due to her petpassport if I had it removed then rechipped does anyone know whether we would have to start the passport over again with rabies and blood tests etc.

omg that sounds as bad as my dogs case she hs spent the last 8 wks in a vets due to the microchip reacting ,it caused her to have a 20cm hole in her neck  this is how prinnie's problems started with the the chip at the top of her neck which i felt , it was quite sharp an felt like a grain of rice under her skin it then later on had to be removed a sit turned into a mass a that was half the size of a golf ball she then had the tissue around  were the mass was that had got infected . it left her with a 20cm hole in her neck please go and get your dog to a vets asap before it results in the same as prinnie has sufferd  i have also sent you a private message.
