In your experience, what would you say was the best travel sikness cure for your dog?

Most car sickness is a symptom of anxiety, rather than true motion sickness.  The anxiety may even have started as a puppy, for example, when the pup was transported to his/her new home.  It's not always obvious (like you only take the dog in the car to the vet, or the dog really does not like dog shows and that's what getting in the car means.)

For anxiety, gradually associating the car with positive experiences is the cure.   Starting with getting the dog into the car, giving a treat and praise - but not going anywhere - graduating to very short drives (five mins max) - to longer drives to somewhere nice (for a run, for example).

Ginger biscuits worked for us.

We tried all sorts of remedies with a dog who has awful travel sickness, the only thing that helped was Digestive supplements from Dorwest.

Tried absolutely everything to, my girl is terrified of cars full stop and gets into a terrible state before even getting into one, oly thing that works for her is A.C.P tablets from the vet, only use them for the longer journeys so she doesn't arrive in a virtual state of collapse as she did before the meds but they do work well for her.

my male tt boo used to be really bad in the car he used to just dribble and a couple of times he threw up boil . I gave him sealegs once and he did not get sick but when we went in the ring he would not move . Then i brought him outside for some air and he sat down on the ground and fell asleep . :-) since then i have tried a couple of things and ginger biscuits help . And he seems to be ok when he is sharing a crate with ailsa and also when in my arms .

Dorwest Herbs scullcap and valerian tablets given over the course of about a month, so not just before car journeys.  This worked for us.
