
I hear you on knee problems- hurt mine at work just from doing squats all day at work- my knee really swelled was off work for a month and now back (still can't really do my job)- My knee still swells and I cannot squat yet- am doing physio but since the swelling has gone down a great deal I really feel now where it hurts when I try to climb my stairs, or even just walking. Feels like something catches in my knee when I bend and doesn't want to let go and does that hurt, sometimes feels like its gonna pop out- physio told me that is was my cartledge- It was my Mcl and Patela I hurt so must work on strengthening my inner leg muscles. X-rays showed nothing- would need an MRI or a Scope to find out about soft tissue damage.
Have they checked for your meniscus? I asked about that as well :-( Had a lady at work tell me that she thinks that is whats wrong with me and my sister cause they both ended up with surgery on that.
