Well some of you might be aware that I had a slight problem with Starr and our agility. We had a monthly comp last month, and Starr went over the first jump, bu*gerd off and it took me nearly 10 minutes to get her back !! She was in and out of people's cars and was completely oblivious to the fact that i wanted her to come back !! :D

Well we had our second monthly comp yesterday, and we completed the course in under 10 minutes !! :D

She did everything I asked her to, and was with me the whole time, and we got a huge round of applause when we crossed the line.....we still got eliminated..but we broke our "record" ........ :D

Well done Nat and Starr

I used to have the same problems with Sebastian until I started to bribe him with tasty tit bits.

It must keep you very fit ;)

Derryn, the problem is that in the monthly comp's you have to treat is as a "proper" agility show....no treats...no collar etc...a nightmare when you are trying to catch your dog !!!

Sara: So am I !! :D They put me last, I don't mean just last in my group, my group was the last on and we were the VERY last of that ... lol ...so we didn't show ourselves up too much this time..:D Thank god....:D

Ali..It certainly keeps you fit, with all the running around i do anyway !!! mostly me running after my dog !! I did 2 runs yesterday, and was absolutely shattered !!!! :D

mauser just runs off and eats horses poo! does a jump - then a lap of honour - then weave - lap of honour - or he stands on his hind legs and watches the birds in the rafters of the indoor school!! when he does apply himself he is like greased lightening - cockers are so fast at agility!!:D julie :)

We are just getting into agility, we are doing level two over for more practice and Junior likes to get way ahead of me, and if he can he will just go straight for the tunnel and shoot (he loves that). He would rather fly off something then bottom. Practice and more practice, but it's for fun and I know he loves it thats the main thing.
Congratulations to Star :)
