To everyone who has been very suportive to me with my beautiful Abbey, i wanted to let you know that i am sitting with my other girl in the whelping box as she is due her litter today. She has been panting on and off for a day or so now and looks fit to burst bless her!

I have had all the prospective new owners getting very excited today and i am hoping please god everything goes well and that 2009 will start alot happier than 2008 finished.
Amber is very content and alot more relaxed than me!!!

Think it is going to be a long day and night, wish me and my girl luck :)

I would like to add a very big thank you to everyone who took the time to send me comforting words and tried to reassure me about my decisions on my very special baby...Thank you all very much you have all be so very kind.

Hopefully soon i will have my hands full and that is probably just what i need.

I will hopefully be back on to update on amber's progress

How is she doing now? I hope she has progressed from 1st stage, will keep looking in.

Thanks for all your replies :)

Well after 14 very long hrs of stage one labour and me panicing like mad, we finally progressed, she had her 1st beautiful baby at 9.15am and her last one at 4.35pm sadly the last boy was still born, probably due to the lengthy labour, but we have 10 beautiful healthy babies 5 boys and 5 girls, i am very happy, my girl has done so well she has made me very proud.

Havent had any sleep for 3 nights and both me and Amber are shattered, she is resting now bless her and it is a busy couple of months ahead for me, they are all very beautiful and i hope a sign that 2009 will be happier for us all.
