He's really far too young to have left his mother, so you've got a lot of hard work ahead of you. Take him to the vet for a thorough check, worming, flea treatment, vaccination and diet advice.

He'll need four or five small meals daily till he's 12 weeks old, of good quality dog food. At 12 weeks you can cut that down to three meals daily, then to 2 at 6 months.

Do you know that?  I don't know what country you are in but in the UK this is a fairly common story that puppy farmers use to get rid of young stock.

im in the florida. yea the owners are my neighbors and the mom was kinda a neighborhood dog. she would escape for a bit and play in other peoples yards. we found her in a bag on the side of the road like a block away!

Yes, there are several common conditions that dogs have that humans can catch (canine roundworms being a particularly hazardous one to children, on rare occasionas even causing blindness) so it's very important that the pup is treated for these.

well hes all better from the worms but i was sleeping with him in my bed and everything till i found out he was sick. might sound crazy but i had this crazy dream that they crawled in my ears and stuff lol

He'll need worming every month till he's about 6 months of age, then worming every three months for the whole of his life.

If you are talking about over the counter worming preparations - you would be wise to get wormer from your vet.  He would recommend one that actually does the job.

You need to ask a vet as I believe you may need to treat a different range of paracites to here in the UK.  Heart worm, for instance.
