Is it common for my bitch who is post whelp to be losing her fur now ??

Yes, you bet! It will probably get worse before it gets better and it always grows back. It's just her hormones, same as us after we've given birth, our hair tends to fall out too. Nothing to worry about as long as she's otherwise in good health.

Yep they will go practically bald and look like a welfare case :D  they also seem to loose all their bone and they make a very poor advert for the breed when new owners come to see the pups LOL. 

It can be quite embarrassing seeing the look on peoples faces when they see your champion bitch looking so awful.

She won't be remotely showable until her pups are about 4 1/2 months,a nd more like 6 months old.
