Hi All,

I am new to posting on the forum although I have been lurking for a few weeks readily reading posts!!

I have recently added a Beagle puppy to our household and would like to take him to Ringcraft classes as suggested by a friend.  Ive done a few searches on here and on the WWW but as yet have been unable to find any classes either local or within the county.

Does anybody know of any classes in the area or could anybody put me in touch with somebody that maybe able to help?  I thought of contacting a breed club but wasn't sure which one was the best to try!

What time does the Market Harborough class start and do I need to contact somebody beforehand? 
Although I can get to Market Harborough its right across the other side of town and with working in Birmingham could make for a long day!!

Im on the derby/leicester border and there is two good ones I know of.  One in bagworth (near coalville) on a wednesday at 7.30 on first and third wed of the month, dog club in coalville and district canine society.  They have mini match nights once a month.

The second is in shenstone near tamworth and the A5 and M6 toll, handy from birmingham, that ringcraft is on a tuesday at 8pm and that one is every week. dog club is south staffs dog training they have a couple of sites as they dog obedience, agility, etc as well

The second is a nicer place to train in for really especially for young pups and the people are great.  But the first one are more serious show people.

If you want directions to either then PM me and I can tell you exactly where they are.

there is also one at loughborough on monday nights at 730 (starts next monday i think)
and one every 2nd and 4th tuesday of the month in seilby (thought its called mountsorrel ringcraft) again at 730

There used to be one at Wigston but that was a few years back. Might be worth contacting the KC as they should have contact details.

There is one at wigston its the sister one to coalville ringcraft the lady there can tell you all about it, but again wrong side of leicester i think on their side of town you have loughborough (meets at normanton on soar)

This is an old thread now but the Coalville one that was in Bagworth appears to be no more, I tried to call the details I had no answer, no call back.  Went along a few months back on a couple of nights it used to be on and wasn't on so has either moved or isn't going anymore.  I looked it up back then and the Coalville and district on the kc site ringcraft is no longer listed against them.

Now go to others in the area, the shenstone one is still going and there is a small one in witherley.  Where exactly are you/which side of Leicester so people can recommend one close by.

Coalville do still have ringcraft, Match and Show training is held on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 7.30 pm.
Training is held on the 3rd Wednesday of each Month at 7.30 pm.
