I got taken into hospital in October and haven't really recovered yet which mean I haven't been able to earn any money

I had told my children that they will have christmas but not until the new year, this upset me so much more than it did
them.

Then, my friends had asked me to come out for dinner with them, one of them said that it was her treat :) in fact all my
friends chipped in to buy my meal.

then I got a call from my eldest daughter to meet her in town, when I arrived she said "let's do some christmas shopping"
I reminded her that I hadn't got any money and she said "it's ok, I am paying" I cried my heart out, happy tears :)
Then another friend called me and told me he was selling Christmas trees and he had one for me that he was going to deliver
tomorrow.
Wow! I am totaly speechless :)

I have presents for each of my children which will be placed under the tree on Christmas Eve when my children have gone to bed so that it will be a suprise when they wake up on Christmas morning :) x

What little miracles have happened to you so far this christmas? :) x

I always think that we reap what we sow. Your post has told me that you're a good mother and a good friend, which is why these people are standing by you now. Merry Christmas :-)

What a lovely post :) .

Not really a miracle, but something which has given me great joy is that I have had lots of friends and family around me over the holiday - we've talked, laughed, got drunk and laughed some more.  Just what Christmas is about for me.
