my bitch is off colour today,she is 11 days into her pregnancy.she is lethargic,is eating though,but she just doesnt want to move off the sofa, she just wants to sleep all the time;it is giving me a little cause for concern.im hoping that she is just having a quiet day.has anyone experianced this so soon into a pregnancy or is this normal?many thanks

It is certainly quite normal behaviour at the end or just after her season.  I call it the moaning minnnies.

On a serious note any signs of ill health, especially excessive drinking, smelly discharge etc should be watched for as any season can be followed by Pyometra, most often about 3 weeks after the season has finished.
