Any attachment with a double extension (two dots as in this one) should be viewed with the greatest suspicion. I may be wrong but I know of no legitimate files which end that way but I do know on numerous viruses which do.

yep, and I'd be checking the properties to see where it came from and forwarding it to the originator ISP with a notation that someone is using their services to send out viruses. Let them check it and prosecute.
