Hiya, I use zooplus as I live on the Isle of Man and can't get hold of pro plan easily, it does take a while to come but thats because it was shipped from germany and I couldn't trace the parcel either but i did get it, so i'd imagine it's taking a little longer with the christmas post etc
Good site though with very cheap prices :)

I used to use Zooplus a couple of years ago, so forgive me if this isnt the case anymore..but dont they usually email you to say when your order has been shipped, and it shows up in your zooplus account detials? And dont you usually choose (between two) which courier you use? If thats still the case couldn't you call the courier company and quote your shipping no? (or they may just be able to work on your address?)
Worth a go in the absence of anything else.
(I'd expect it to be the volume of post at Xmas..but best to check if your concerned)

Thanks. I can logon to account and see details but DHL cant help without a tracking number and there is not one on my account page. Its ays shipped on 12/12 but DHL say if thats the case I should have received it by now. They can only help if I can give them a tracking number.

I get my food from Zooplus (well, my dogs' food :)) and have never had a problem - it usually arrives within four days. Admittedly I haven't ordered any for about a month. HTH

I had an email back from them with atracking number. Rang DHL who for some reason could not find address so should arrive tomorrow. You should be okay ordering from them. they responded to my email next day even though i could not get them by phone.
