
I used to use Zooplus a couple of years ago, so forgive me if this isnt the case anymore..but dont they usually email you to say when your order has been shipped, and it shows up in your zooplus account detials? And dont you usually choose (between two) which courier you use? If thats still the case couldn't you call the courier company and quote your shipping no? (or they may just be able to work on your address?)
Worth a go in the absence of anything else.
(I'd expect it to be the volume of post at Xmas..but best to check if your concerned)
