Anyone got any ideas how to remove superglue from your dogs coat, managed to spill some on Pipers head today then when she tried to wipe it off got it on her paw now we have bits stuck to her paw and a hard lump on her head bless her.

Water does eventually disolve superglue...as we have done many many many times in A&E!!!:D (we never 'sliced' fingers apart, just got them to rub gently in water!)

No Daisy not nail varnish remover!  Try some olive oil!

I've had more than a few disasters with nail glue which is very similar to superglue!

Oh - taken from the Super Glue website "Not to worry, for even though Super Glue is incredibly strong, it has one weakness: acetone.
" :D :D :D

Lots of remover now does not contain acetone, the newer ones do not work for getting rid of the gluey bits left after you remove a sticky label either.

I'm glad she is such a fidget as I had images of her paw getting stuck to her head, thats what she gets for being so nosy and pushing past to see if I have food.
Thanks for the ideas.
