Well after four weeks of sorting we can finally get into our garage and found at the back the bouncer I bought must be two years ago still in the box :eek::eek:

So last week I got it out assembled it and it is now under cover in a lean to with our rowing machine and excercise bike. A Cross trainer is on order so we will have our own little gym

I have been using them all for a week now and have so far lost 7 lbs :eek::cool: :D :D

I feel so much better and have loads more energy so here is the start of loosing another 4 stone :D :D

The bouncer is ok but I must go out an buy a couple of new sport bras though ;) :D :D

Started on mine again the last couple of weeks and have also lost 7 pounds.  Just joined a Cani-Cross group too so hopefully will start getting fit soon.

I used to run a lot Lea and hands down winner for the anti-bounce awards was the Champion model 144. Even when under 8 stone and running 40 miles a week the smallest I got was down to a D (have you noticed that running causes a reduction in bra size :)) so pretty important in my book! I don't know if that model number is still current but it is underwire - sounds bad but it's very comfortable. Best part was you still looked natural. It doesn't have the super flattening effect that makes it look like you stuffed a pillow under your shirt. Plus you can get the proper size and stretch around your rib cage to let you breath deeply. Typical pull over styles always had to be too tight to be effective stoppen-floppers :-D

sigh, I really miss running!
