How on earth do I unspam someone. HELP I clicked in error on spam when in fact it was from a friend that will teach me to multi task drink and click, but how do I unspam them..... please help.

It depends on what you were using to read your mail. Whether you have webmail or use a mail package like outlook you should have a safe senders list. You can add your friend to that. How that's done will depend on what you use to read your email.
