Hi

I am trying to re-home a Lab Cross dog which has proved too much for his previous owners.  I think that I may have what sounds to be in ideal home lined up for him.  However I would like some form of contract between myself and the new owner.  Although he is not my dog I do feel a huge responsibility to make sure that he finds the correct home and just as importantly if he goes to live with his new family and does not fit in that he will come back to me.

If anyone can be of help it would be greatly appreciated.
