I know what you are going through, it is very difficult to find pups as they are so far and few between. We eventually got one after much ringing around, but I live in the Midlands area.

Your best bet is to get in touch with the bulldog society closest to your area and see if they can supply a list of breeders.

If you are prepared to travel I have names and numbers of breeders I contacted and it is just a case of going on their list.
