help trying to enter skc online which closes tonight enter site but keeps on telling me i,m already entered .I know i am already entered but wanted to add my puppy on as an afterthought tried allsorts clicked everything  just takes me back to same thing .I have been trying since 8pm any ideas ?

Idea number one: When you are entering your puppy are you only entering your puppy, or are you trying to add it to the ones already entered? If trying to add to ones already entered why not just try puppy by itself.

Just realised that idea number 2 wouldn't have worked so deleted it. Will try to think of another way, but to be honest I don't think that there is. Might jsut go and have a read of the site rules.

Edited to add: Just been on the fosse data site and found the following:

ONCE AN ENTRY IS COMPLETED AND PAYMENT IS MAD, YOU CANNOT CHANGE IT ONLINE. If you wish to make any changes to your completed online entry, they must be made in writing to the Show Secretary before the close of entries or e-mailed to Fosse Data Systems Ltd before the close of entries.

Sorry, but it looks like you might not be able to enter your pup. :(

I had this with fosse data for the May SKC.  I had to open a new user account with fosse and just put the dog i wanted to enter on that new account, then i entered it in the show fine by the usual way.

PS:  Since then i have added my other dog to my usual fosse user account and been able to enter both into shows on that.  Soz i'm not that good at explaining either :-)

Yep that is the easiest way set up another user account and password,a nd enter the pup, make sure you log out though as it will automatically recognise you from a previous visit.

I have to do this to enter my own dogs and one I own in partnership.

Late to the post but setting up the 2nd account is the only way. I did it with another show recently and called them. They told me to set up another and they would tie them together.

I must admit I never thought of setting up another account. Doh! ;)

Must have been too late at night after all these early mornings. :)
