Opened the back door to find hundreds of ants on the step right next to it and coming in the house, going mad all over the place, rushed to find ant killer, looked in normal places ie shed and under sink but couldnt see it, went back to shed and found  'it', spayed them,they died as soon as the substance landed on them, couldnt believe how quickly it worked this time, looked at the label and found it was the wrong bottle, i had used the path and patio weed killer,quickly washed it all down with bio liquid cause i dont use the weed killer in the 'dogs' side of the garden, but it was pretty amazing how quickly the ants died!

I found an ants nest under the grass growing under the gate on the drive - and called the chickens over and they ate all the ant eggs and all the ants!

Put me off the chicken eggs mind.
