We have sent off a registration form to register our dog (already registered with the uk kennel club) with the Irish kennel club. We haven't recieved it back yet and we want to enter a show in august before the entry closes online. Can you write taf on the entry form like in the uk kennel club??thanks

Hi There,
I sent mine off to the IKC last May and they still hadn't come back in time for the closing of entries for the Munster Circuit in the August. All I did was write 'RAF' where it asks for the registration number (registration applied for) and they were accepted no problem.

Hope this helps,

Gabrielle

I did hte same a few years ago and actually I never got them back:rolleyes:  They took the money etc. though!  One of the clubs removed my girls winning entry but the others didn't:mad:

Don't forget RAF is registration applied for, TAF is transfer applied for i.e. going from one persons name to another.
