For some reason my computer won't allow me to insert my camera into it.  I've loaded the software etc. but as soon as I put the wire in the back of my computer it starts beeping at me.  I just don't know what to do and really need to send someone some photo's of a Pomeranian that he wants off us!! It's driving me around the bend and I just don't know what to do!!  Please in simple terms could someone advise me on what I'm doing wrong??????

No idea really :D Are you putting the camera cable in with the computer switched off? Not sure if that would make a difference!

Tried it switched off and switched on and it's still not working.  Really had enough of it now, agghhhhhh!!

Dont know whats wrong but when you plug it in, try opening th software ans following the instructions there. It may have an online manual that could help.

Hi there,
Sometimes you have to connect and switch things on in the right order. With mine, you have to switch on the computer, plug the cable into the camera, switch the camera on then plug the other end of the cable into the usb port on the computer. Hope this helps.
