Well we have been and signed all our contracts today and have had word that all parties in the chain have now agreed the completion date so subject to a few things we may exchange on the 30th we hope

Mike is in denial and still thinks it wil all go wrong but I am being the forever the optomist :D :D

So I am stupid ?? ( I know I am on lots of things but quietly confident I am ok on this one :D :D )

I'm afraid I'm being abit pessimistic about our house move with all the problems but OH is being ever the optimist!!:-D
