Did you say this was Cora's first champ show? Hope the weather is good, i haven't seen the forecast for Saturday but i'm keeping everything crossed for no rain, :D

Yup It's her first champ show - 6 months & 9 days on Sat
First greyhound class too.

I hope it's not wet either as she didn't like the downpour when at companion show on monday - but at least they have half/quarter of ring under the tent at Birmingham.

Think we're in a hall so bet your bottom dollar it'll be lovely weather!  We'll be there too on Saturday showing Parson Russell's.  No tickets on offer for my other breed... Mini Wires.  My lot show 10x better outdoors but not in the rain... woosy terriers & hounds they are!

Hopefully see you there Pam.  I can't believe the Pharaoh entry is so low!  Only 19 with two CCs for an overseas judge!  Maybe other people know something we don't   We'll soon find out on Saturday LOL

If i remember it right last year the weather was gorgeous there.

Pam it's our first Champ show with our girl as well, don't know how she'll behave as she's been a bit hit & miss and we're due for a miss :D

She's not naughty in a horrible way but she does seem to think that everyone who meets her is lucky so she'll go the whole hog wanting her belly tickled etc, LOL

Will be doing veteran stakes and open bitch in breed with Jozi.

Lexi the mare came in season last week.  Really annoying as she isn#g going to be at another show until Windsor.

Ill be their with 4 Pbgvs Harley, Mason, Gemma and minnie also my wire fox terrier Butch! im showing 2 of the pbgvs and my wire so if you see a mad girl running from inside to outside or outside to indie you know who i am and keep out my way!!!!!

my chum sandra is there with her greyhounds, but im missing  my classes there this year as i have a 2 day job abroad

Cora, greyhound won her puppy bitch class - her 11 month half brother (same sire) beat her to best puppy in breed.
She is now curled up asleep - it's been a long day.

Debs/Surannon had a 2nd in Open bitch with her Swedish import Pharaoh hound

Pam - I'm shattered (knackered !)

I showed my Veteran Jozi who only had her pups just before Christmas, so though fit still has some toning of her undercarriage to do.  We managed third in an Open bitch class of all champions (including her) and she frisked her way to VHC in Hound Veteran stakes.

Her daughter whose next show isn't until Windsor decided to come in season last week.  She hasn't been shown since last September, and is in coat and fit, grrr.

Cora has had her breakfast and gone to join hubby in bed under the duvet !
I think yesterday was rather a long day for her.

Bless, I have yet to meet a greyhound who didn't like taking it easy under a duvet, blanket or cuddles on a sofa.
