Does anybody have a blank entry form that I can send an entry for a show that closes tomorow!!
Better still does anybody have a copy of Boston CS on June 6th entry form that could be scanned and emailed to me??

If I need another form and haven't got one I just cross or tipex out the name of the show and do it on a spare one from another schedule (if you have one).  There is a specimen one on the KC site which you can print out but you still have to do some tipexing to put the name of the show in.
