Has anybody heard of this or used it.  Supposedly is supposed to help in keeping sound in?  This again is a query for my parents as they want to try anything that will stop people from occasionally hearing the dogs.

I take it your parents dogs are kennelled overnight? Is it possible to bring them in the house? This would seem the obvious way to me to stop any noise overnight. I can't imagine you could soundproof a kennel and still allow air in?

All my previous borzois have slept outside until I got the current two. Toto was very vocal outside, whinging when Tchi took his bone, or complaining that he wanted the bed Tchi had or just barking if he heard any sound  Their kennel was lined and insulated but of course had vents for airflow - and which let the noise out! I tried everything I could think of and eventually had to bring them inside at night. The kennel has been knocked down and Toto now sleeps on the sofa and never says a word :D
