On Friday morning the low at our house was -2C (29F).  On Sunday the high was +27 (80F).  My crocuses were out and lovely but they have fried and are all wilty now.  In two days we went from needing the house shut up to keep the heat IN to needing it shut up to keep the heat OUT.  My poor old poochie girl really suffers in the heat so here it is, only April, and we have the fan on to cool her down.  It's too hot too soon.  Same with you?

Yes :) But only been up to about 23C and down to about 0C this month :) :)

The last two weeks here have ranged being comfortable to hot to warm to hot! But at nights its been really cold! Today we have rain but it was much needed if only for the gardens :) Its still very humid though, you put on a  coat to stay dry but you end up sweating cos its too warm for a coat :rolleyes:

Don't, I was walking kennel dogs in the rain in my cardigan today cos it was just too warm for my coat as well!

It's been weird.  Really hot here, not known it like this before :rolleyes:
Our house is very old, and draughty, usually at this time of year we'd have lit the fire, but the past week or so, it's been so warm, we've not needed it and we've had the big windows open till late at night.  Saves on coal I s'pose.
The cats love the heat, but even they've been restless and uncomfortable.
Rained here today, but still really warm.

We haven't used the heating since Feb 28th   The house seems to stay warm without it - yet cool when it's hot   I always keep at least the bedroom windows open (day + night) and it's been 20C in our bedroom at night :( 

I hate the warm humid weather we're having :(  bring back cold and crisp !
