The coop has been built, the run secure, all fencing in the garden checked and double checked for when the chickens are out stretching their legs, all is fine.  The problem?  I can't find any bl@@dy point of lay hens anywhere!

Does anywhere out there know where I can pick up 4 - 6 p.o.l hens in the South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire areas?

Yes I know, not the place normally!!!! But there is someone on there that rehomes ex battery hens!!!!!

If you still cat find any, I know a place my aunty and uncle take their ducklings to!!!!
(Me personally would eat the eggs but they like to rear them and then gives them to the guy they got there ducks off!!!!!! Strange people!!!)

OOOh yes - Peterboroughi s not too far for me to go - our remaining duck 'Dave ' is so lonely that he's started chatting up the wild moorhens :D
