My bitch was spayed around 3 weeks ago and in the meantime I have got a new puppy which is a nightmare for trying to suckle off her.

I noticed her teats were getting saggy but she didn't have milk untill today I just noticed she is now producing milk, is this normal ?
I didn't realise they could still produce milk after being spayed, would this harm her in anyway ?, I am guessing its because she was only done around 3 weeks ago, am I right in thinking this ?.

At what stage in her cycle was she spayed? If it's done close to or during a season then a phantom pregnancy is a common side-effect, but it can happen anyway if a bitch with strong maternal instincts is stimulated like that. It's unusual but not unheard-of for post-menopausal women to lactate if they have to look after a young baby!
