Does anyone know of a reasonably priced B&B or hotel in Birmingham/Walsall area that allows dogs.  We have to go down first week in July for a couple of days and the dog will have to come with us.  Alternatively a good kennels down there.  I can't use my usual kennels in Edinburgh as that week is Trades week and they are all booked up already

The Remada Hotel, Penns Lane, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham 0121 351 3111 also takes dogs. Many people that go to crufts stay there.
It used to be called Penns Hall Hotel.

If you have problems finding somewhere, try a Travelodge. Many dog peeps use them - I had reason to recently :)

Thanks all - I didn't realise the Travel Lodges took pets even though I use them myself!  I'm sure we'll get him in somewhere now and I'd much rather he was with us :)

Hi CG, just check with the particular TL first - not *all* do take dogs ;)

the Holiday Inn Birmingham M6 Junction 7 allows dogs
