Does anyone know of any UK shops that sell Farina please

A bit confused by your question, do you mean farina as found in Italy (which simply means flour) or do you mean potato flour (farina or fecule) ??

What do you want it for??

Sorry to be nosey but the answers will help ;) :)

hi, I want farina , ie the really coarse flour (like sand!) to mix with uk flour, as I have run out of my usual supply of coarse flour:eek:

Sorry not really any wiser, never heard of coarse flour being called farina in the uk.   It would normally be called 'coarse ground' surely?

If it's like sand would semolina do??  (thinking of Durum Wheat Semolina)

This thread was very useful in a pub quiz last night when the  question asked was "What is farina?". Wouldn't have had a clue if not read this earlier.

Now why hasn't someone posted information about the other nineteen questions we got wrong :D
